Acquisition of majority stake in adaptronic Prüftechnik GmbH. Schleuniger Group acquired 60% of adaptronic Prüftechnik GmbH, based in Wertheim (Germany). adaptronic is a leader in wiring test systems and function test systems and employs more than 140 People.

用到業行主假定電子行業、汽摩配行業、儀器、儀表、電器、機電、燈具、玩具等各類制造品的線束加工。 是一種引進日本、臺灣等子女技能的全自動化的線束加工配備。剝線機集機電，遍及用于加工導線線頭的配備，微電腦為一體化的。

Schleuniger acquires DiIT AG. Schleuniger already held a minority interest in DiIT AG, the world’s leading producer of software systems for wire processing and wiring harness production, prior to taking full ownership. As of January 1, 2017 the previous majority stakeholder and company founder, Dr. Gerhard Schaub, sells all of his shares to Schleuniger and leaves the company at his own request.

Schleuniger acquires a 20 percent share of Laser Wire Solutions Ltd., Pontypridd, UK. Both companies agree upon worldwide cooperation. Laser Wire Solutions is a fast growing and highly innovative company that offers laser-based solutions for wire processing, in particular for the wire and jacket stripping processes.
