本產品是采用**進口丙烯酸樹脂和**顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面及烤（噴）漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優異的附著力。
油墨特性：
1、平光、附著力佳、耐*、耐化學品；
2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；
3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強、抗刮傷；
4、耐*、耐*、耐化學品程度佳；
印刷：
選用網目為100-350目，以120T網紗計算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達30~35㎡。

2．攪拌時加本公司配套**10-12%，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專用稀釋劑；用718洗網水清洗。
3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現其他附著力，化學反應等不良現象。
4. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為8小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收
注意事項：
1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產。
2．在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量。白色超越150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質材料墊底進行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵
4．根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環境下存放
