適用于各種膠粘鞋類的配底成型生產工藝流程.能較好地完成各工序的傳送以及將刷膠、烘干、高溫定型、冷凍定型等加工工藝有機的結合在一起進行連續作業。傳動速度和溫度根據不同需要可無級調節，采用遠紅外加熱，熱風對流式烘室，加熱均勻，速度快、效果好。采用硅酸鋁纖維作為箱體的保溫材料，保溫效果好。冷凍定型箱采用電腦制冷控制器，實現智能化控制，安全、穩定、簡單、方便。另在刷膠部位設立了**裝置，保障了操作員工的身心健康，實現了文明生產，采用的熱、冷兩種定型方法，熱定型不僅能使鞋更好地抱楦，而且能使膠粘劑的固化效果更佳。冷凍定型不僅能提高鞋楦的周轉率，實現一次快速脫楦，而且能使膠粘劑分子間更好地凝固、聚合，提高了鞋的剝離強度。
