一、高純酸提純器產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：

酸純化器：又稱酸純化系統(tǒng)，高純酸提純器，酸試劑提純器，高純酸蒸餾純化器等，實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作中常常由于酸的純度較差，造成分析結(jié)果的偏差與錯(cuò)誤。市售的超純酸往往由于價(jià)格較貴，很難滿足日常分析中對(duì)酸的大量需求。因此，提純優(yōu)化酸的質(zhì)量，是*為經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的途徑，我廠的酸純化器可用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室如HNO3、HCl、HF、堿溶液和有機(jī)溶劑的純化，純化后的酸和Merck的一樣好，實(shí)驗(yàn)后期可配套我單位Teflon特氟龍系列試劑瓶收取高純酸。
I. product introduction:

Acid purifier: also known as acid purification system, high purity acid purifier, acid reagent purifier, high purity acid distillation purifier, etc., often due to the poor purity of acid in the laboratory work, resulting in the deviation and error of the analysis results. 二、工作原理：
酸純化器是利用熱輻射原理，保持液體溫度低于沸點(diǎn)溫度蒸發(fā)，再將其酸蒸氣冷凝從而制備高純水和高純?cè)噭?，廣泛應(yīng)用于樣品處理及分析實(shí)驗(yàn)中。

1、可以滿足ICP、ICP-MS極低的檢測(cè)限需要及苛刻的分析應(yīng)用中提供實(shí)驗(yàn)室級(jí)超純酸，所用容器均采用Teflon耐腐蝕無(wú)吸附塑料，可處理如HNO3、HCl、HF等實(shí)驗(yàn)室的常用酸。
2、實(shí)驗(yàn)證明將金屬雜質(zhì)含量約10ppb的酸經(jīng)過(guò)一次蒸餾后，金屬雜質(zhì)含量可以降低到0.01ppb左右。若對(duì)酸要求更高，可增加提純次數(shù)。

2. The experiment proved that the metal impurity content could be reduced to about 0.01 PPB after the acid with the metal impurity content of about 10ppb was distilled once. If the requirement of acid is higher, The Times of purification can be increased.
